Jernade Meade

Versatile left-flanker Jernade Meade demonstrated his value once more last season with a series of accomplished displays in both defence and attack.

The speedy youngster spent the majority of the campaign honing his defensive game at left back, before being deployed in a more advanced role in midfield.

Jernade, who first played for the Club at the age of 11, was named in Arsenal’s first-team squad against Bolton but did not play in the match.

Only two players featured more often for the reserves last season as the talented Luton-born youngster clocked up 19 appearances.
