Steve Leonard

Steve is another Hale End-based member of staff, responsible for coaching operations between the Under-14 and Under-16 age groups.

He plays an important part in steering young players through a particularly vital period in their development.

One year short of his 20th with the Gunners, Steve started life with Arsenal as a scout for the youth department before spending time as kit manager. He then joined the academy coaching ranks, where he has remained.

Once an accomplished player on the semi-professional circuit, Steve has a background in Islington schools football that ensures he has a deep understanding both of the Club and the local area.
