Wenger on...the performance
"We are frustrated because we did not win the game, but there
were goods and bads. We feel we were quite solid defensively and
created chances to win the game but we could not find the final
ball. We could not take our chances and in the end if you make a
mistake, you lose the game. It was a difficult place to come today.
Many teams would have lost today, they were really up for
it."
Wenger on...the point gained
"We played a derby at West Ham and drew. Is it
a good or bad point today? I don't know. We will see at the end
of the season. If West Ham can maintain that physical
presence, then it will certainly be a good point."
Wenger on...whether the title race is over
"I don't believe so. The fact Chelsea won
2-1 at home against Aston Villa does not make them unstoppable -
Aston Villa lost here 4-1. I don't think that was a big
surprise. If everyone is right about the championship, then
let's stop, give them the trophy and then start again. If you
think it is over, that is all we can do because it will be really
boring until the end of May."
