A new marketing suite for 'The Stadium - Highbury Square' development has opened.

The venue is situated at Highbury House on Drayton Park and gives interested purchasers the chance to experience 'the feel' of apartment at Arsenal's old stadium from the comfort of the Club's new home.

Viewing appointments must be booked in advance and the first 50 people through the doors of the new suite will be put into a draw to receive a priceless Arsenal shirt from the first season at Emirates Stadium, signed by the entire first team squad.

'The Stadium - Highbury Square' consists of 711 apartments comprising of studios, one-, two- and three-bedrooms and penthouses. It is thought to be the world's first sporting stadium to be transformed into apartments and, unsurprisingly, it is selling out fast.

Mark Elliott Interior Design have been selected as the interior designers of the marketing suite which will enable visitors to see various elements of the apartments at first-hand.  This will include a kitchen with appliances, bathroom finishes together with doors, lighting and flooring.

Arsenal Managing Director, Keith Edelman, enthused: "Everyone at Arsenal Football Club is extremely excited and proud of this outstanding residential development. This is an exceptional opportunity for supporters and investors alike and we would encourage interested purchasers to book their appointment at the marketing suite as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as there are a limited number of apartments remaining."

Highbury's Grade II-Listed East Stand, with its famous Marble Hall, and the locally-listed West Stand will be converted into high-spec apartments. Many of these overlook the pitch which saw so many glorious football moments during Arsenal's 93-year stay at Highbury. The North and South Stands will be replaced by new-build apartments designed to harmonise with the East and West Stands.

Paying tribute to the football terraces' original rectangular arrangement, the apartments will face inwards towards a central garden square occupying the exact dimensions of the former pitch, which will be the focal point for the development. In homage to the former pitch, the two-acre garden square will be divided by stone paths evoking its original chalk lines.

Perhaps best of all, The Stadium will be a walk away from Arsenal's outstanding new home, Emirates Stadium.

Prices start from £290,000.

All appointments at the marketing suite must be booked in advance. To book an appointment call the marketing suite on T: 0845 262 6000 or for more information visit www.thestadium-highbury.com.
